About us

Coffee connects millions of people around the world, from farming communities at origin to consumers across global markets. Through a network of more than 40 companies across 28 countries, Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG) is part of this connection every day. Our activities span the entire coffee value chain, from farming and exporting to importing and specialized services, reflecting our long‑term commitment to coffee as our sole product and to the people who are connected to it.

In this report, we share the progress made since our last publication through partnerships, initiatives, and practical solutions across the coffee value chain. We introduce NKG’s evolved Sustainability Strategy and highlight how sustainability supports the long‑term success of our business while contributing to a resilient future for coffee.

Social

The journey of coffee from bean to cup is often told through farms, mills, and warehouses, followed by containers, ships, and ports. Behind each of these stages are people whose hard work and dedication make this journey possible.

At NKG, responsible business relationships, transparent decision‑making, and consistent standards of conduct are fundamental to how we operate.
