Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG), the global green coffee service group headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, announces the appointment of Marten Sievers as Chief Executive Officer EMEA. As of January 1, 2026, Sievers has assumed responsibility for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, working closely with his regional leadership team to further strengthen NKG’s market position and operational excellence.
As part of its transformation in organizational structure and continued focus on regional empowerment and customer proximity, NKG has appointed Marten Sievers as CEO EMEA. In this role, Sievers is responsible for overseeing the company’s activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Marten Sievers joined Neumann Kaffee Gruppe in 2010, in a Financial Management function for NKG Tropical Farm Management in Switzerland, before relocating to Hamburg to join the Financial Coaching team. Since 2019, he has been the Regional Managing Director for NKG East Africa, where he has formed a successful, integrated, and well-prepared team to lead NKG’s operations in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania.
Based in Hamburg, Sievers is joining the Executive Board of Neumann Gruppe GmbH alongside the other two Regional CEOs, Ruben Scholz (APAC) and Nicolas Rueda (Americas). The Board of Directors of Neumann Gruppe (David M. Neumann, Maren Uzarek and Justin Schulze-Smidt) is leading the Executive Board. The Regional CEOs contribute their significant expertise in coffee and business to the forum, actively participating in all discussions and deliberations to inform and support the decisions of the BoD.
Over the past year, NKG has continued to expand and strengthen its teams across the EMEA region as well as in the Americas and Asia Pacific. By decentralizing operations and integrating regional insights, NKG aims to enhance decision-making speed, foster collaboration, and unlock new growth opportunities. Since the introduction of the regional structure in early 2025, the company has made significant progress, says Group CEO David M. Neumann: “Of course, we still have a way to go, and optimization remains an ongoing process but I am confident that we are on the right track and that our teams are well positioned to drive NKG’s development in the regions.”
NKG’s regional teams for EMEA, Americas, and Asia Pacific bring together international experts from the fields of Operational Management, Finance, Controlling, HR, Tax, and IT. Led by the Regional CEOs, these offices serve as hubs for decision-making and strategic development tailored to their markets.
