NKG Successfully Closes USD 1.1 Billion Syndicated Revolving Credit Facility Agreement

Neumann Gruppe GmbH, the holding company of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG), has secured a USD 1.1 billion syndicated Revolving Credit Facility. The facility was significantly oversubscribed with 18 financial institutions participating in the transaction, including six new partners. Led by ING and UniCredit, the facility strengthens NKG’s financial flexibility and global growth strategy.

Neumann Gruppe GmbH has successfully concluded a new Unsecured Revolving Credit Facilities Agreement with a Borrowing Base Reference at USD 1.1 billion-equivalent. The transaction was substantially oversubscribed, underscoring the strong confidence of international banks in NKG’s stability and future growth.

A total of 18 banks participate in the syndicate, including six new partners. ING Bank N.V. and UniCredit Bank GmbH acted as Active Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers with other appointments as follows:

  • ING Bank N.V. as Facility Agent
  • UniCredit Bank GmbH as Documentation Agent
  • Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. as Security Agent
  • Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft as Borrowing Base Monitoring Agent
  • Deutsche Bank AG and ING Bank N.V. as ESG Coordinators

The fully committed facility is divided into two tranches with maturities of three years and twelve months respectively.
