Neumann Gruppe GmbH, the holding and management service unit for Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, is privately owned. Most of the group’s operating units are wholly owned subsidiaries, while the remaining are majority controlled.

Neumann Gruppe GmbH is the binding tie between the group’s operative companies. It lends equal support to each profit center within the group. In its role as the management service unit, Neumann Gruppe GmbH together with the management of each of the operative companies draws up and structures strategic group and individual company concepts and sets goals. Neumann Gruppe is monitoring and guiding the operations of the individual group members. Another focus is promoting synergy and co-operation between the companies.

In addition, Neumann Gruppe GmbH provides financial planning and support and above all human resources for the group companies. It coaches its subsidiaries on trading, risk management, logistic matters as well as offering training and education programs for the group’s employees.

All of the above management services guarantee long term vitality for the group.
